The minimum stay at Coningham
Cottage is 2 nights - however on long weekends and public holidays, a three night minimum
is preferred.

To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% of your tariff total, in
advance. If you cancel less than two weeks before your stay, we reserve the right to
retain all, or part of your deposit.
We
also reserve the right to charge visitors for any damage or cleaning that occurs that we
consider being over and above normal wear and tear. We are grateful if guests notify us if
such problems should occur, before they check out.
A bond will be required when bookings including children
under 16 are confirmed.
